Jeremy Dame was born in Narragansett, RI. He was blessed to be born into a strong Christian family in which his grandfather was the founding pastor of his church. At the age of 7, while attending a Christian camp, he asked Jesus to come into his life and save him. When he was a senior in high school, he went on his first mission trip and felt God call him to full-time Christian service. After graduating high school, he attended the Word of Life Bible Institute where he finished his studies and traveled the country and world for seven years as part of a ministry team using music and drama to share the Gospel of Jesus to tens of thousands of people. During one of these trips he felt the Lord call him and his wife, Joy, to serve as missionaries with Word of Life in the country of France. After serving there for nearly 10 years, the Lord called him back to the states due to some medical issues with family. In the summer of 2012 he joined the Word of Life team in Hudson, FL until in May of 2017 he followed God’s leading to join the staff at Mission Hill Church. Jeremy has been gifted in the areas of construction, design, and technical production. He currently serves as Facilities Director and helps out with all things AVL Tech.
Jeremy (aka Yobud) has been married to Joy since August 1998. They are blessed to have 3 boys: Emmanuel, Gabriel, and Mickael.
